Hamburg-based merchanting company H. BÖGEL is rich in tradition. Founded in 1887 by the merchant Heinrich Julius Bögel in Hamburg, our company followed an international approach right from the beginning. Throughout its long history, innovative solutions, product ideas and brands convinced customers and partners around the globe. H. Bögel was the pioneer introducing fishmeal as animalfeed in to the german market and was awarded with the Silver State Medal of the City of Hamburg for this innovation.
